ABOUT OUR FOUNDER/BROKER
Jerry Centner, Designated Broker and Managing Member of Red Hawk Property Management, is a third-generation Arizona native with a lifelong connection to the Metro Phoenix community. His career reflects a rare combination of discipline, leadership, and entrepreneurial drive.
Jerry served five years in the U.S. Army as an investigator, an experience that shaped his commitment to integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. After his military service, he built a successful management career with one of the world’s largest international delivery companies headquartered in Australia. He later founded or co-founded several local businesses, many of which remain highly successful today.

Alex Centner attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He has been an integral part of Red Hawk Property Management since its founding, growing alongside the company and playing a key role in its continued success. Licensed in real estate since 2006, Alex brings years of hands-on property management experience and a strong understanding of the Metro Phoenix rental market.

Jen has been a valued member of the Red Hawk Property Management team since 2011, bringing dedication, organization, and a genuine passion for helping owners feel informed and confident. She earned her real estate license in 2013 and holds the CRPM® (Certified Residential Property Manager) designation, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and best practices in property management.
Yvette Martinez
Property Manager/Realtor
Yvette has been in the property management industry since 2017, bringing a versatile background spanning multi-housing, manufactured homes, and single-family properties. She began her career as a leasing agent and quickly advanced to Property Manager, overseeing apartment communities of up to 840 units and serving in roles such as Resident Retention Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Cameron Dillingham
Property Manager/Realtor
Cameron was born and raised in Arizona and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2023. He works as the Occupied Inspector and Administrative Assistant for Red Hawk Property Management, where he inspects over 300 properties each year and oversees move-ins. Cameron is dedicated to providing clear communication and detailed reporting to ensure a smooth experience for both owners and tenants.
