Jerry entered the Phoenix real estate market in the early 2000s, completing his formal training with Coldwell Banker and quickly rising to become a top-producing agent specializing in single-family homes and small multifamily properties. Determined to understand the industry from every angle, he continued to expand his expertise through additional experience with RE/MAX, Russ Lyon, and Long Realty, gaining deep insight into sales, REO properties, and property management.
From the beginning of his real estate career, Jerry’s vision was to build a professional and transparent property management company centered on the needs of landlords—honest with all parties, while firmly protecting the interests of property owners. After working as a top REO agent for numerous banks, Jerry began planning a new brokerage dedicated to single-family homes, condos, and townhomes.
In early 2009, Red Hawk Realty LLC opened its doors in Mesa, Arizona, with a mission to leverage modern technology, provide cost-effective and transparent pricing, and deliver accurate, professional property management services across Maricopa and Northern Pinal counties. The company launched with just 10 properties and has since grown to manage approximately 400 rental homes, a testament to its reputation and results.

Today Jerry remains deeply involved in the day-to-day leadership of Red Hawk Property Management, focused on building one of Arizona’s most trusted property management companies.
Jerry has been married to his wife Brenda since 1980. They have three sons—Alex, Andy, and Stephen and two grandsons who are the pride of his life.
In his spare time, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping, playing a round of golf, and reading. He is blessed beyond belief to have a career that he loves so much.
