Basic Requirements for Vendors

General liability


We require a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance coverage, as well as proof of insurance (Certificate Of Insurance).

Worker’s Compensation


We require you to provide worker’s compensation to all employees who will work on Red Hawk Property Management properties.

Photographs


We require before and after photos of all work done at properties managed by Red Hawk Property Management.

Communication


We require consistent communication including updating work order statuses on the Vendor Portal.
