Over the years Jen, has worn many hats within the company, giving her a deep understanding of how every part of the operation works. Before joining Red Hawk, Jen obtained her Paralegal Certificate while working at a family law firm in Phoenix, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, documentation, and client communication. She also holds a Bachelor of Music degree with a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, blending creativity with a practical business mindset.

Today, Jen serves as Operations Manager, where she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. She is often the go-to person for questions regarding monthly owner statements or year end reporting, and is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to help.

Jen is married to Alex, and together they have two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active by lifting weights, riding her Peloton, and playing pickleball. She also loves baking and is especially passionate about making sourdough bread.
