Our Services
$125 per month flat fee
Only applies when the property is occupied
Leasing fee
Equal to half a month’s rent and this fee is only charged once your tenant moves into the property.
Inspection fee
You will receive one free inspection per year while the property is occupied, any additional inspections that you request will be $75 per inspection
Lease Renewal Fee
A $75 fee charged only when your tenant signs a 1 year or longer lease renewal
That is it! No set-up fees, no up-front fees and best of all, no hidden fees.

Collecting Rent
Coordinating needed repairs & payment
Coordination of repairs, cleaning, etc. if any rent ready repairs are needed after initial inspection.
Move Out inspection after tenant vacates the property, with pictures, published to your owner portal
Monthly distribution of income funds as per your monthly statement
Initial inspection of your property with recommendations to make rent ready (if needed)
Move in Inspection prior to a tenant moving into the property
Monthly reporting of all income and expenses by the 15th of the month
Assisting in the registering your property as a rental property with the applicable county
Marketing the property on MLS, Our Website, Facebook, and hundreds of others (Zillow, Hotpads, and Realtor.com just to name a few)
Yearly Statements published to your Owner Portal
Direct Deposit for your monthly owner distributions
Network of Investors if you Decide to Sell
